GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Economically disadvantaged as follows:
- The combined gross income of parents (husband and wife) is IDR. 3,000,000,-
- combined gross income of parents/guardians divided by the number of family members Rp. 750,000,-
Parent/guardian education should be at least S1 or Diploma 4

CONDITION:
- Fill out the Bidik Misi registration form (download) new format requested by the study program admin
- Certificate of Active Study (download)
- Certificate of good behavior (download)
- Certificate of not currently receiving a scholarship from any party (download)
- Faculty recommendation letter (Download)
- Contract Letter for replacement Bidik Misi recipient (ask for study program admin)
- Students are active in the SBMPTN and SNMPTN admission routes
- Temporary Grade Transcript (Faculty) Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Certificate of Inadequacy (from village/subdistrict of origin)
- Photocopy of the latest parent’s salary slip for 2016 or income statement from the local village/sub-district
- Photocopy of KTM
- Photocopy of ID card
- Photocopy of Family Card
- Photocopy of the latest electricity bill
- Photocopy of the latest PDAM Account
- Photocopy of PBB
- House Photos (front, back, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom)
- All files are neatly arranged and put in a blue plastic envelope
Application documents for the replacement Bidik Misi Scholarship must be received by the study program no later than: Monday, 5 September 2016
