- S1 level, as low as semester III and as high as semester VII
- There are 5 quotas available for prospective scholarship recipients for the UTM FISIB Communication Science Study Program

- Income statement from parents/guardians that is legalized by the competent authority, village head/village head. (For those who are civil servants,
- state-owned companies or private employees, attach the last pay slip approved by the finance department)
- Photocopy of Student Identity Card (KTM)
- Photocopy of Study Plan Card (KRS)
- Legalized photocopy of KHS/temporary transcript (Minimum GPA 3.00)
- Photocopy of BTN Account in the name of the student concerned
- Photocopy of charter or proof of regional, national, international or other achievements
All files are neatly arranged and put in a blue envelope
